BIM manager of the 1st ranked builder in Australia, Hutchinson builders, started OZBIM in 2018 after 10 years of industry experience and 10 years of academic background in Civil Engineering, BIM and Digital Engineering.
Started with zero capital, no investor, and no government support (Applied for start up grants and rejected) We had a hard time training our technical team
We went through covid, we went all in to protect our team and survive.
Our competitors tried to start a price war, with low quality off-shore resources, we did focus on our quality of delivery and our client’s data protection.
Big companies ignored us because they had their in-house teams. We did help them to have a better quality for lower cost by managing professional resource dedication.

OZBIM delivers highly detailed digital Engineering services like 4D modelling, 5D modelling, fly-through animations and cutting edge technologies used in the construction industry such as Virtual reality(VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR). Our team of BIM specialists with backgrounds in engineering, architecture and construction management brings decades of experience in the construction industry. They will work closely with our clients meeting them at their offices regularly to be able to apply all the latest revisions and construction/site logistics.
Our vision is to satisfy our clients with the required revisions in the time frame of the project. We have backup plans to apply the latest desired revisions and construction methodology in last minutes procedure of a tender.
We do know the industry very well and the instinct of the tendering process as our specialists are experienced professionals with many years of experience in the construction industry and bid services.

In the construction phase, our specialists will visit your site and office to train and implement our latest services, solutions, and technologies in your project. As our workflow is the best practice workflow to do 4D modelling with the new interactive 4D model service provided by OZBIM, It can benefit our clients in the construction phase for project control, delay analysis, coordination, and visualizations
